Hi, I’m Negin!

Before I became a Personal Trainer, I studied Graphic Design for 4 years and got my Bachelors! I got out of Universityl and didn't love continuing working as a Graphic Designer. I remember there were days that I was exhausted working on my projects for 10-15 hours straight on my computer but i still managed to workout and It was the most relaxing thing for me to do after long days. I would put my headphones in and just move my body. I noticed where my mind would go. I felt so confident when I moved my body.

And that's when I started to realize that my love for fitness isn't just going to the gym to have a nice body, but that is where I belonged.

8 years later today, the gym is probably one of the best places I can express my emotions, noice how I'm feeling, both mentally and physically and to know my weaknesses and strengths.

My tips and advice to you:

One thing I ask you in this beautiful journey is to stay consistent because that is KEY to achieving your results not just physically but mentally as well.

My advice for you is to also LISTEN to your body when needed. If you need to take a rest day, please take the day off to rest and go for a nice walk instead. Journal your thoughts down, what are you feeling? What are your thoughts? Write it down.

Staying consistent is important, but listening to your body is as important and is KEY if you want to reach your goals both mentally and physically.
